I was reward tier 2 (halfway to 3) in the previous campaign, yet I didn't receive a reward box at the end of the campaign in the mail. :confused:

I guess it's possible I accidentally deleted it, but I'm pretty diligent about checking all my mail. I was waiting on it for the 50 crystals.

I didn't switch campaigns or anything. I just didn't log into PvP for a few weeks (I got to rank 2 in the first week of the campaign). Is there a login requirement?

    You should open a ticket, if you deleted your massage.

    You usually can't delete a message, however, until you've taken the reward contents including a Transmute Geode. Can you check your inventory, @MLGProPlayer ?

    @TheValar85 is right, though ... open a ticket if you didn't get one and should have.

    Nothing in inventory either. I guess it might just be a mail bug. I'll contact support.
