Geforce Experience Artifact Blocking Quest Information Text

During the initialization of the ESO software, Geforce Experience software puts up a message block that says how to call up that software during the game. This is black text on a lime-green block background about 3/4 x 1.5 inches on my monitor. In pre Sommerset ESO this block appears in the lower right hand corner of my screen and then disappears when on the login screen.
In the PTS software, this block appears in the upper right corner of the initialization screens and leaves behind the background green bar covering over the upper right portion of the screen where the current quest is identified. It completely covers the entire quest text so you can't read the current quest off of the game screen.
