This bug has been occurring inconsistently over the past few months since the DRB patch. Entire groups, or just one person at a time, can completely disappear from view due to some sort of bug. You'll be able to see damage numbers from your aoes/dots appearing in mid air where that player presumably still is standing, but they will rapidly teleport in and out of sight. Ive seen this in both battlegrounds and open world, happening to single opponents or whole groups at a time. There doesn't seem to be anything noticeable that causes it, and you'll be able to tell that it isn't lag related from the video.
