Has anyone else still not gotten their crates for logging in during the jubilee event?

I know Zenimax said they'll be given out by the 16th, but I'm literally the only person in all of the groups I'm in that still hasn't received my crown crates. I logged in multiple times every single day, so there's no way I missed it. I'm getting a little worried at this point. I'm Xbox NA.

Got the crates for my main account but have yet to get any on my second. The second account is non ESO + but I got free crates on both the last time they did this.

Again we still probably have to wait till the 16th before we worry too much ;)

If your account isn't ESO + then you won't get any free crates. That was quite clear in the terms of the announcement - free crates for subscribers, free select ESO + benefits for non-subscribers.

    This.

There are two types of free crate events. One is usually just after new crates are released, and that gives free crates to everyone but usually involves more than just logging in - for example last time you had to log in and kill an enemy each day. The other is when they do a free trial of ESO+. Non-subscribers get the subscription benefits and subscribers get free crates.

@Dapper Dinosaur - If you had a paid subscription during the event then I suggest waiting until the 16th and then contacting Support. I know it will be frustrating to wait but if you contact them before that they'll probably just tell you to wait. Try to be as clear and polite as you can, and maybe include info like when you purchased your sub or when it renewed and when it's due to expire so it's clear you were subscribed during the event.

You will receive an automated reply based on "key words" in your ticket which will almost certainly be irrelevant and will need to reply to that email to tell them it didn't solve the problem and repeat what you're actually asking about. After that you should be through to an actual person but you might still need to keep looking out for the emails and replying. If they ask for more info give it to them, even if it seems irrelevant, and again try to be patient and polite because it does make a big difference.
