Hey I was wandering if the characters created on the pts will be able to be transfered over to regular server once the beta is complete?

As far as I know, no... Transfer works other way around though.

Nope, everything who happen in the PTS stay in the PTS until the next character copy erase everything.

Nope, never will happen. People could copy a template character with tons of mats, motifs, weapons, etc.

PTS is meant for testing not early access.
