Are crafters getting more or less master writs with new motifs coming out?

Say you are a crafter with lv50 craft level, will you be getting more or less quantity/quality master writs with all the new motifs coming out?

Are you getting more because the factor was *(number of motif learned)? (You will have higher chance than before if you go collect the new motifs)

Or are you getting less because the factor was *(number of motif you learned/number of all motifs)? (You will have way less chance to get master writ than before until you start collecting new motifs)

And does the drop rate change every patch?

i seem to be getting one almost every day with my main crafter but its usually always for a different craft. sometimes i'll get two different ones. but the next day i wont get any. yesterday i got a really easy one for 78 vouchers, but tonight RNG kicked me to the curb



I dont suppose anybody would perhaps want to buy one of my kidneys so that i can buy this motif so i can turn this one in? i mean cant be worse then the time it wanted me to make like a dozen aetherial ambrosia's for like 12 whole writ vouchers. i was about ready to start a gofundme account for that one.

but really the master writ drops seem to be about the same for me i havent really noticed any difference in the drop rate even though ive learned quite alot of new motifs during that anniversary event, and it doesnt seem any different but thats just me. it seems about the same. on my master crafter i usually get one every day. sometimes ill miss but if i go a couple days without one then i would think somethings odd.
