What do you think about changing the Inferno skill so it grants the Major Prophecy & Major Savagery bonuses for the duration it's active, rather than on the bar where is slotted? My take on it is it will make sense because once activated, the effect persists on the character and does damage (or healing) for the duration. If you look at other class skills that grant one of those buffs, they remain active for a limited duration, rather than for slotting them. For example Templar: Dawn's Wrath: Sun Fire grants Major Prophecy for the duration, but also does a lot more damage than Flames of Oblivion, Warden: Green Balance: Lotus Flower grants either Major Prophecy or Major Savagery depending on morph for the duration, but also heals you or nearby allies from heavy and light attacks, while Cauterize only heals a random ally in the area. So I conclude that doing such a change to Inferno wouldn't make the effect overpowered, leading to class imbalance but would make it a bit more useful.

While slotted, you gain Major Prophecy and Major Savagery increasing your Spell and Weapon Critical ratings by 2191. Also grants Major Savagery while slotted. Fireball damage will scale with with either Magicka or Stamina, whichever is higher.
