Wait, can't access old toons postpatch?

I was using ported characters to test my old builds in Summerset; postpatch I only have the option of making a completely new character. Did I miss something? Or do we not have access to our ported characters anymore?

    Characters from EU server were copied, and NA chars from the previous PTS round were... overwritten.
