Crown Store furnishing items - PTS

So, I have been looking at the new houses and Crown Store furnishing items......
On the bright side, the houses are super cool, and the new furnishing items that are listed in the in-house furnishings Crown Store are just awesome! The attention to detail is epic. But I have two questions.
1. Will these items actually be available to us when Summerset goes live? There are several items listed that were on the PTS last time and which have still yet to go live - e.g. the group of butterflies.
2. One of the new items is a beautiful fireplace and chimney named "High Elf Fireplace, Ornate". It is gorgeous! But I don't understand why ZoS have created a fireplace that cannot contain a Provisioning Station, or Fires that cannot be set to act as Provisioning Stations....... it's infuriating! Please please please can we have either a fire that acts as a place to cook etc., or can you make the fireplace appropriate for the existing Provisioning Station ????
