Hello ESO Customer support staff,
I have a bit of a tricky on-going case in regards to recovering an account I originally purchased which I have proved in ticket #180501-003363,
I gained back rightful control of the account last night but it seems the other party that had access to it successfully put in a request to change the associated email yet again. I would appreciate if this can be looked into as soon as possible to prevent any damage and also a solution to prevent the back and forth from happening again.
