No New Formulas for Furniture Crafting (bug or intended?)

As the title says there doesn't seem to be any new Formulas (all the other crafts get new furniture plans, just not Alchemy!).
Is this intended or is this a bug?
How do I know this? I ghetto datamine by finding one item id (copy link and paste into spreadsheet) and then adding or subtracting 1 from it and seeing what (if anything) links from that item id.
There are 3 codes that do not correspond to anything right now - but following the pattern I see in the ids they should be the Formulas for the 3 new High Elf Mirrors...
Just curious if they were removed intentionally or weren't added by mistake? Seems strange to have an entire craft ignored.
