PC technical issues with PTS launcher

Apologies for a) the potentially stupid question and b) if this is the wrong place to post.
I'm having some very frustrating problems with my ESO launcher. I've posted in the normal ESO technical forums, but obviously didn't want to say it was to do with trying to launch PTS, in case I was breaking an NDA of some sort.
Shall I just leave it there, or do I post here as well? I don't want to overkill but I'm not sure if it's PTS thing or not.

✭✭✭✭✭Launcher issues are Launcher Issues.
The only thing you can't talk about with regards to the PTS is the Main Quest and Main Quest Story for the new zone. Your fine as the Launcher is involved way before you ever get to the Main Quest in the new contentEnjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
