DEVS !!! Instead of fully redesigning Allready working Class skills...

just add more skills to the class Skill lines....

The HP% heal could have ben a new skill for Nightblades instead of morph 100% redesigning the Stealh bassicaly...
The Aoe heal ability for DKs could have ben a new skill instead of redesigning a 100% working and Fine Aoe dmg ability....

just expand the skill lines if you really want to give us different stuff that you think the classes missing.....
because this is getting silly...

There's a number of things wrong with your request.

Adding skills to every class to do everything homogenises them and stops them from being unique.
They've realised some skills weren't designed as they intend the class to currently operate. So they are "fixing/improving" the skills. There will always be claimants that the change was good or bad. Sorry if you're in the bad category.
This is an MMO and if every class has 1000 skills then some players will be making terrible builds, impacting in a negative way on the other players that play with them.
In PVP there has to be some expectation of what the potential class opponent has access to in order to make combat somewhat strategic. As fun as purely spamming your own rotation may be without consideration for what you are up against it will get boring very fast. The ideal situation is some prediction vs own setup.

Your idea could be a good one but requires a lot more work. Invent new skills, make them unique, make them fit with appropriate themes/designs, animation creation, balance, etc. etc. etc. so it is simply easier for them to fix what they consider broken/inadequate rather than go out of their way to reinvent the wheel.
