Retreating Manoeuvre Dismount

Not sure if this is specific to me or if anyone else has experienced it but retreating manoeuvre is broken atm. On my Templar Healer if I use the skill whilst mounted it instantly dismounts me. I've tried it on a newly made Stam Warden via the template and there was no problem.
