Login problems (PC EU)

I've tried to log in for an hour, just to do the mount training with my toons. However I'm stuck on the character selection screen: I choose a character, click to log in, and then I got the very uninformative "Error. Try again in a couple of minutes." message after a long loading screen. I've tried to get in through Steam and using directly the eso64.exe, the results are the same.

It was HarvestMap. I missed an update to 3.10.4, and I had the problem with 3.10.3.0
