A Petty Request for Belts - Hip Flaps in General

Noticed that there's a new motif coming with Summerset (Sapiarch), So I checked it out. It looks pretty cool, and I love the little features being added like side pouches, such as the books found on the hips for the Fang Lair Chest, and in this case,

The Sapiarch Chests Hip Satchel


The chest itself doesn't interest me all that much, but that pouch is a real nice touch.

To that end, I was wondering if perhaps this art asset could instead be relocated to the Belt slot. Such that it would allow players to be able to apply this generic item to any chest piece that they so choose.

As this satchel likely uses the bone for a hip flap (It actually doesn't), perhaps this could be expanded upon, to allow players to choose their desired hip-flaps (or lack thereof) as well, by selecting the required belt.

In Summary:
Make Hip Flaps dependent on the Waist Motif instead of the Chest Piece Motif

While I feel like this idea falls somewhat outside the purpose of the PTS forum (bugfixing, balancing, and adjustment of variables directly relevant to the next release), I feel like this is a great idea and is more than worthy of being seen.

Probably. Though I wasn't sure if it should be general or here, given that I'm basing this off of play while in the PTS.

I suppose I'll just remove the image from it, then post to general.
