Reward system overhaul?

With the motif market ruined atm and the possible death of the " God weapons" in near future what will be the rewards for the content in future. I understand that new dungeons with have new motifs and undaunted will be fine. Vma and Vdsa were great training tools for players before 12man endgame trial raids. What now?

Maybe they'll buff Maelstrom and Master weapons.1 -
