"petition" : Level and Story/quest per group leader

Hi,
sorry i'm not that fluent in english, but it's more visible in international view. Hope it's understanding.

I like TESO but there is sommething that bothering me, so i ask if other think so.

In a PC/Console Multiplayer RPG i think that there is 3 think who is realy likable :
- story, quest, fight - i think teso is nice on it
- leveling, becomming more powerfull for doing more and easier has alway be a given. Now with auto-level there is juste no point. Sometime you are powerfull enought and you level and your equipement passe from *** to * and make you less powerfull, that juste frustating.
Before if zone is too difficult or too easy you cound just comme back with friend or leveling and take revenge. Now you just can't. basicly leveling is pointless (seriously, +100% experience level, for what ?)...
- multiplaying, we just go on a story with friend and live with then. And that THE big problem : if you are in a group it's totaly pointless, except dungeon you do your story solo, with other people who kill near you. If you already done a quest, you can't go in the same instance, if a choice change the story you do not go on the same instance, if you must kill x people, sommetime it's common, sometime it's not (why ?)

I think that it is prety easy for make TESO faaaaar greater (at last for me) :

when you make a group, that the leader who set what quest can be done and are already use what level user have and what instance you can go :
- for exemple, you have a level 50 who have done everything, you decide to play with a friend who begin with level 1. You set him the leader and you simply play with him. Since you are level 1 you are not that powerfull but you are can play with him, see the story since begining.
- if you play with a group of 4 peoples, when one is absent you can play : when he comme back you just accompagne him.
- if you already done the quest, well you just don't get the recompence

This is realy easy to implement and i think it's far more lickable (well we play together, not solo).

what i'd like, who need a little work
- EVERY solo playable in group, TESO is mmo, pur solo has no sens at all in MMO (mage/warrior guild, story) !
- Validate or not a quest if you are leader if you have not done it (make a different choice, finish with your group and choose other)

choice per group

would be nice to have choice on how we wan't to play, for exemple as a possibility on group option:
- leader choose everything (only leader can choose)
- first to do choose (the first to speak to a pnj choose the story)
- every one must speak, we choose per most choosed (democraty :) with leader if not possible)
- leveling per moyenage, a powerfull "give" (for the play) to less powerfull

what would be realy nice but not that easy :
- make all people on group see the story and listen to npc, that a pain in the ass when you don't even know what happening...

well that what i think would make this game faaar beter, now i just let you (people and teso group) say what you think. I did say "petition" like it can only change if we are a lot to wanting it, if you think it's good idea juste say and pass the word (well if you don't like too) !

    I see where you coming from sometimes you just have to tell people in chat or group chat that you're doing the storyline in the dungeon but if they ignore you or forget that you are doing the quest in the dungeon that's where I can see all the confusion. If there was a chance that we had a story mode where it locks to everyone that shows story mode where there's no interruptions by having someone rampaging really kill ads by pushing for it like farming or want to have the fastest time. If true Adventures that love lore and questing had story mode it will make it easier for every player to enjoy the game separating the pros and the cons to fit everyone purpose to play.

    Interesting suggestion, but I'd remove the "petition" from the title as ZOS does not allow petitions on the forums.

    You'll get stronger once you reach Level 50, CP 160 and progress from there.
