What are you envisioning doing with this build? Solo? Group play in dungeons? Something else?

Good gear to use is Julianos/Winterborn. If you must continue doing ice damage then iceheart isn't bad. Keeps you tanky. Just make sure not to take the passive that taunts enemies. Or do. Maybe you want to off tank
Go with a fire or lightning staff.
Piercing cold passive for wardens boosts all frost and magic damage by 6%, but that stacks with the 8% single target or aoe damage bonus you get from fire and lightning staves respectively; meaning with a fire staff you're getting +14% damage on screaming cliff racer and with a lightning staff you're getting +14% damage on deep fissure or winters revenge.

I appreciate you trying to help, but I don’t see any immersion with fire or lightning on top of frost magic.
Otherwise it wouldn’t be called “The White Warden”.
The question I was asking is What Weapon Set to use.
