does anyone else think moving the weapon ults to level 25 would make leveling more enjoyable

I see no issue with this. The 2H ult is still way too expensive though.

Mmmh… why not, if you keep the huge xp cap you need to get the morph. Gaining the ultimate faster may be funnier, but the morph should remain at maximum level of the skill line.

Can they buff some of these Ultimates because half of them are kind of underwhelming and those that are worth it are either ridiculously cheap (Resto + SnB) or do ridiculous damage (Destro)

Even just reducing the cost on the 2h, Bow and Dual Wield Ultimates would be enough since none if them are extremely powerful by themselves (or in the case of Ballista, Soul Assault is nearly half in cost for similar damage that I feel the poison morph at least should have a reduced cost as a result)

Unlock base at 25, unlock morph at 50? That seems a decent way to handle weapon line ults. Fully leveling the tree will still be necessary for all the passives.
