I haven't played Clockwork City yet so dunno if the voice is the same there, but I think the voice actor's performance of Sotha Sil in Summerset sounds a bit too much like Vivec. Why choose the same voice actor? I guess there's not enough time to do a re-recording before Summerset launches?
