Fighting root builds like frost staff magdks are cancer with medium armor, because you only have 2.5s of immunity and another 2s of immunity with dodge roll if you time it after casting shuffle. Even all of this only adds up to 4.5s of immunity, which is 3.5s short of forward momentum, while costing more stamina . Spamming dodge roll isn't an option because of dodge fatigue. This makes heavy armor builds with forward momentum a LOT more mobile (not faster) than medium builds with shuffle. It does not make sense at all that a medium armor skill gives less immunity duration than a 2h skill. I suggest giving shuffle an extra 4s of immunity, while reducing forward momentum duration by 3s. This will result in 6.5s of immunity for running 5 medium pieces, and 5s of forward momentum maxed.
