Characters transfer from Live to PTS

So, as the title says, I've stumbled upon none of my characters present at the PTS. Upon logging in, instead of observing the vast list of my avatars, I see only 1 level 4 character (whom I don't even remember creating) and none of mine from Live.
There are no Template creation button anywhere as well.

Was there some option button for transfer enable that I've missed?
Or we shall start from scratch here?

EU characters are tranfered 2 weeks after first PTS update.

To create a template, you select Create Character. There should be an unfamiliar drop down menu in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Click that, and select the desired template (except, in this case, there's only two options, none and the Summerset template.)

EDIT: Also, I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you're an EU player. In which case, your server copy will probably be in about 3 weeks. PCNA's getting overwritten by itself on Monday, I think.

Oh, I see. Made my assumptions on Morrowind Beta experience, where all of those were in place right away. Thank you!

With Morrowind beta it was exactly like now.. NA characters first, EU after a week or 2
