PSA: Empower to only buff light attack

As the title states this change to Empower may come with Summerset isle unless those who do not agree with this, strongly voice their opinion/opposition to this idea. As a Stamina DK I utilize empower for PvP all the time as it helps me pick-up what I'm lacking i.e burst potential with the use of Take flight.
The reason for this change was to make it so it'll be 'friendly' when it comes to rotations but you definitely won't be using an ability that empowers your next light attack in your rotation to begin with unless nightblades use ambush, DKs use empowering chains,etc. So that mindset clearly shows it was geared towards nerfing players who use an ability in PvP to empower their ultimate for ganking or burst potential.
As a Stam Dk who has been ganked in PvP by nightblades I still don't feel that empowering should be nerfed to only buff a light attack because it just doesn't make any sense.
Please if you support keeping the old traditional Empower, go to the PTS forum and comment on this thread https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/406034/revert-or-alter-the-empower-change#latest or make your own thread in opposition to this terrible change.
