Can we get some pvp action for the build? Maybe show us some pve?
It all sounds good but I would like to see it in action

This is a PTS build so i cant really do much pvp on it, i do however have an older version of this spec that is not as strong. There is over 25 mins of pvp footage starting at the halfway point of this vid!
It's really cool, but I fear it will lose a ton of weapon damage once the patch goes live, since it relies so much on Infused weapon damage glyphs. Infused glyphs are grossly overpowered and are bound to nerfed in the coming weeks.
What can this setup parse on dummies?

I was able to hit 30k on my sorcerer hybrid build before the offbalance nerfs, which was the peak parse of a hybrid of which I'm familiar with.
This patch he's only seeing 26k due to the offbalance changes.
Next patch (assuming a stam base Hybrid), TBS is looking like it's going to be the winner winner chicken dinner set. It'll be close between shackle and TBS, but Thief mundus brings the abysmally low crit rate up significantly which should result in a higher raid parse than shackle.

Yeah, I thought I'd heard it wasn't that it was just OP, but bugged and figuring the totals wrong and ending up making whatever the effect it's amplifying way stronger than it will. Hopefully be fixed by next PTS patch so we can test it as is and see if it really is OP.
I also don't quite understand something on hybrid builds - this isn't for you, just in general comment - why Pelinials? If you are running other sets that are increasing all your stats evenly, then wearing a set to make the higher of two values the same seems unnecessary? Or is there a figure I'm missing in there?

The effective weapon power given to the off-attribute is higher than the combined stats given by something like shackle resulting in more reliable skills all the way around instead of reasonably strong primarily skills supported by wildly underperforming off-attribute skills.
On my PVE hybrid effective WP/SP:
Pelinal's 8229/7915
Shackle 8615/5984

why not run pelinial, mechanical acuity and infused weapon damage enchants and warrior mundas?

The question is whether ZOS will allow hybrids to gain so much power after the PTS. I hope they do or it will be a real shame. From what I've seen all of the base classes have equally good potential at being a hybrid, and I don't know about anyone else, but the game feels incredibly boring being a pure mag or stam build. The PTS allows variety right now in almost any way you can think of, even on non-hybrid builds. However, just like the last time with the Morrowind PTS, something tells me when it goes live the variety will be killed one way or another. That would be a shame since right now, even classes that have been nerfed to Oblivion are actually able to stand on somewhat equal footing. If they change it, then I can already see the pigeonholing coming back.
