Can't download the Summerset Closed Beta!

Hi,
I've contacted the Support already but it doesn't seem to work with them either! I have the Beta key and it should be activated on my account. When you select the PTS server option it should download the part of the game. That's what people in my guild/group had. Well NOT i didn't get anything. I pay 40$ for this chapter/dlc and i didn't get anything and i can't even get a normal working Closed Beta Update to work. and when i ask for help they give me half answers.
I do truly love this game, But it makes me so sick and tired to always go to the support to literally ask them constantly to fix my game or activate a code for me that i got. I just want it to work, first time when i fill in the code, but that can't be asked.
Hopefully someone can help me that resolved this problem, because this is not okay for me.

✭✭✭✭What exactly happened? You couldn't download the PTS at all or you could, but you didn't have access to Summerset? -

We’ve been discussing this for two days now.
It starts very slowly and eventually will reach 24%....then stop.
