Can we get a rework of the skill points system?

To make it more like the Champion Point system in that we can change points around in a way that doesn't involve us clearing all morphs or all skill and spending a half hour trying to rebuild it?
Additionally, can the morph's level be displayed so we can easily see which ones we have maxed out and which we haven't?
It doesn't actually have to be a "on the fly" system like Champion Points, just make it that from the respec shrine we can choose to change things without wiping all morphs or all skill points.
