Maxing out my unique magblade.

I been playing since PC, I have created so many funky PvP builds that where fun for me. Yet most the time not effective since there is usually a meta. Still I try to make my builds as effective as I can to where I have fun and feal some what usefully in PvP.
So here is my question. With next update coming I'm looking for a 2nd armor set to use.
My design atm is, 5 elegant, 3 will power, and 2 skoria.
My combo and play style is like a world of Warcraft shadow priest. I shoot lighting reach, then crippling grasp and then lightning staff heavy. Ult combo is the same except I don't heavy Atk, I use soul assoult instead.
I resto back bar and help heal, shield, or resto ult allies.
Atm I'm looking at 3 armor sets to add to my design. That's is, mother's sarrow, Julianos, or spiners garmets. Idk if there are other sets any one else might think of. But I'm a pure pvper and crafted sets, or sets I can buy from guild vendord, is where I'm looking to get my missing set.

So 5elegant 2skoria and 5 something. Idk what to get for my something.

best pvp dd set for magicka users is pretty much spinners, so you could consider that one as a good fir into your build, especially when you use soul assault. but maybe also knightslayer would fit in, since you do a lot of heavy attacks. this was actually the one shitot build for magdks back there, but was not used very much. but since you enjoy that playstyle, you may try that out too.

I'm still new to using all this forum stuff. But I think this is how I reply back. Lol.
Elegants set says it increases light and heavy Atk by 20%. So it helps my lightning staff heavy Atk build.

I'm will look into that knigtslayer set. I don't think I have read what that does. Ty. And if spinners is best did for prob Magika set then that would actually help me alot then formmy design ty. And ya that pretty much answers my question unless some one has some other reasons to use something else to Max out my DMG. For this build.

2 skoria

knightslayer provides:
2. max magicka
3. spelldamage
4. max health
5. a fully charged heavy attack will deal additional oblivion damage of a value of 8-9% of the enemies health. this is a bit less than 2k for enemy players with around 25k health.
