No changes to Twilight Tormentor morph? Still has a non-functional active ability!

Developer Comments – Ability Changes: We’ve made numerous ability changes with this latest update – some have global implications, while others are specific tweaks and quality of life changes. Some of our major goals with these changes include:

Improving unpopular abilities and morph choices: Most of the abilities tweaks are targeting underused skills or morphs that we’ve found few players utilize.

Summon Twilight Tormentor: Call on Azura to send a twilight tormentor to fight at your side. The twilight tormentor's attacks deal 637 Shock Damage. Rank [I / II / III / IV] increases damage by [15 / 16 / 17 / 18]%. Once summoned, you can activate the twilight tormentor's special ability, causing it to deal 50% more damage to enemies above 50% Health for 15 seconds. The twilight tormentor remains until killed or unsummoned.

An active ability that takes magicka but doesn't actually do anything for half a PvE Boss's HP bar will always make the Twilight Tormentor an inferior morph; especially when you consider that it's damage output is identical to the Twilight Matriach otherwise. The Matriach's active heal can be used anywhere, anytime after all and for half of a given encounter the Twilight Tormentor simply lacks an active ability at all.

At the very least, please increase the Twilight Tormentor's base damage or improve the active ability significantly to make it an actual choice of a morph! Twilight Matriach remains superior for most encounters despite being a healing-based morph.

Man, we've been asking for that morph to make sense ever since it was introduced. I dunno whose baby the idea is, but they must be too important to correct, or fire.
