Is this going on healers to increase effect of synergies from them or something to go on dps?

Harmony: Increases the power of activated Synergy effects

    The synergizer (person who activates the synergy) needs the trait in order to gain effect.

    If a healer with the Harmony Trait throws out a Healing Orb, it will not amplify the resource return or heal of the Orb for players who hit it.

    Yes... definitely disappointed. There's nothing for healing this patch except gold spc or guidance rings.
