Ah ok thanks. So the term "Allies" does include our own character in respect to the Restoration passive "Restoration Expert"?

Yeah. Allies usually refers to friendly characters in your general vicinity (including yourself), and it's distinct from group members, which only affect players who've grouped up with you. For example, most heals affect allies, while most of the raid sets (Ebon, Sanctuary, Worm, and Hircine's) only affect players who are actually in a group with you.
