So I just bought the $59 package for summerset but I did not seem to recieve the base game only the Morrowind chapter???? What am I missing?
also didn't get my emotes, gryphen pet, and some other digital items. no response from bethesda in 2 days.

You only get Morrowind and the senche now.
As for the base game, I'm not sure whats going on. It will currently be called ESO: Morrowind, but if you can log on, play, and access the base game zones/classes, you've got the whole game.Edited by VaranisArano on April 14, 2018 4:05PM -

AD = Vulkhel Guard
DC = Daggerfall
EP = Davon's Watch

You need to find the "Hooded Figure" and speak with them. Though they will likely path themselves to you. -

As others have stated, the only thing you get right away is the Nightmare Senche Mount and access to the Morrowind chapter.
If you're having other issues with your pre-order, you can let Support know when they respond to your ticket. On average, the response time is about 2 business days.
