Not getting my full access no response from bethesda

So I just bought the $59 package for summerset but I did not seem to recieve the base game only the Morrowind chapter???? What am I missing?
also didn't get my emotes, gryphen pet, and some other digital items. no response from bethesda in 2 days.

If you already play the game, you already have the base game, I don't understand?

Queens Bounty doesnt arrive until Summerset drops.

You only get Morrowind and the senche now.

As for the base game, I'm not sure whats going on. It will currently be called ESO: Morrowind, but if you can log on, play, and access the base game zones/classes, you've got the whole game.

If you know you have Morrowind, then I assume you can log in and play it - which means you have the base game as well. I don't quite understand the problem.

These are collector's edition bonuses that you will receive when Summerset launches.

You need to teleport to your faction's first city to start the base game quest.

AD = Vulkhel Guard
DC = Daggerfall
EP = Davon's Watch

You don't get the pets, emotes, etc. until Summerset comes out.

The Uninvited

Digital items other than the Nightmare Senche you will receive when Summerset launches.

To build off of this:

You need to find the "Hooded Figure" and speak with them. Though they will likely path themselves to you.

Hey @goldentitan,

As others have stated, the only thing you get right away is the Nightmare Senche Mount and access to the Morrowind chapter.

If you're having other issues with your pre-order, you can let Support know when they respond to your ticket. On average, the response time is about 2 business days.
