Summerset changes for pve dps magic and otherwise

Ok, so from what I have been reading/hearing apparently magDK is going to be a thing? Now will that hold true for just that class, or will ALL magic class, i.e NB, see some love as well? I ask because I am at a crossroads of sorts. Am thinking of changing my DK over to magic to be ready for changes but cant help but think if I want to be melee just stay stam, as magDK tends to be melee as well. magNB does have some range to it and from what I can tell thus far hits harder, has better sustain and all that fun stuff. But I tend to be a bit of a min/max'er and if magDK is to be the flavour of the month/years then I will invest now I get to getting gud. If no real difference with magic classes across the board then might stick with NB. I know all of this is subkect to what actually drops come the new stuff but surely you guys have worked a lot out already? The few "build posters" I have spoken to (Alcast,Xynode, Camel dude) have all stated magDK will be the golden child but one class cant hold all the marbles can it?

(bottom line: why does everyone think Summerset is going to be great for magDK's? "Every time you apply burning/poison, you can gain 500 magicka or stamina," Poison is used for stam build, no? so wont it be good for both? )
