Daggerfall, right outside my crafting house are the writ boards, inside my house are my crafting sets, 1st character runs outside picks up the writs and crafts his stuff, other 14 characters are logged in and already stationed in the house, craft their stuff pick up writs as they leave and go to drop off point.. i like it

    My favorite places
1 velyn harbor this was my go to place while my characters were homeless.even better now that we can turn in anywhere.
2 riften it is a short ride from my house and everything is logically placed since I can pre make my alchemy no load screens.
3.rawlka my ps4 characters moved there this week and even though the stations are not very close together they are easy to find and no loading screens.

Vivic City construction site, no awful loading screen, now if they could just hire a stablemaster...

There's one up the road just outside the gate. He doesn't have an actual stable, but he will sell you mounts and upgrade them.

Vivec City because all of the stations are close to each other as well as the boxes where you turn them in.

davon's watch, because everything but a cooking fire is very close together and the only thing that's behind a door is the enchantment station, then on the way to the quartermaster, you can use the fire in the fish stink if needed...

Vivec is generally better, but I'm used to Stormhold.

Vivec City. Everything is right in one small little area, love it.

I have 2 accounts with over 20 toons. For me Writs is an issue of expediency. And no city is better for this then Vivec.

Rawl'kha (apologize if I butchered the name), is second. it's biggest issue is the cut scene for the bank, but its' almost as fast. I'll often cycle between the two so I don't get to burnt out on scenery. But Vivec is fastest (as long as you don't need to buy a recipe from a provision vendor).
