Does the "limited time" mean that the deal is up for a limited time or does it mean that you only have Morrowind for a limited time? Surely it doesnt get taken away?

It's the deal that is limited, not your free bonus copy of Morrowind.
You get to keep Morrowind and access it all the time.
When Summerset comes out it will not contain a free bonus copy of Morrowind.
