I'd like it but 4k crowns is a bit steep and payday isn't until next Friday for me, so nope. If they'd knock it off with the stupid limited time rubbish, I'd probably buy more stuff.

Bought the regular elk when it was first released, don't need an evil/dark looking of it.

Not me .. for a start I don't have enough crowns and rarely use a horse as I prefer to travel on foot

I'll wait until it will appear in crates. I made mistake with great elk, no more. Crate versions always cheaper in long term.

My wife got it last year and it's still her main mount...I'll always be more of a traditional horse person...which probably makes me boring.

If I was going to buy it I'd have gotten it when it first came out. But it's not really my thing, I actually prefer the normal stag, so there's no way I think it's worth the price (even with discounted crowns).

I don't like the glowing red eyes on mounts and I think the spiky horns look silly.

Too high a price, too loud a shriek (if they didn't fix that, I admit I haven't been assaulted by the screaming bugles of late), and my Plus crowns are in the double digits right now so even at a rational price I would miss the sale. If I were going to spend hugely on a mount it would have been the sparkle horse, but ZoS lost that sale thanks to me saving for outfit slots only to learn those were terribly priced so I didn't care to splurge on anything after all for a while. (They eventually got my crowns spent on the two Khajiit costumes but failed to entice me to buy extra crowns for anything).

So, nope. No stag.

The elk that you can get from the Crown Crates is way better. I think it’s called the “Great Elk” or something like that. But, it’s dramatically better. The glowing red eyes should’ve been left on the “Doom Wolf” only, in my opinion.
