Summerset chapter start up question

@ZOS_GinaBruno Just little something I hope I can get an answer...

1.Will there be a chapter start quest if you own summerset chapter and create a new character? (like morrowind one) If so, is the same is planned for all future chapter?

2.If I own both morrowind and summerset chapters （amd other future chapter in that regard）, will I be able to choose from which start up quest I can do? and if I can, will I be able to do other chapters' start up quest later with the same char?

3.I can see that it works that for each chapter there is a new start quest, and since each char should only be able to do one start quest, the skill point fuss can end. However still the chars created before morrowind （and in other cases created when no owned chapter） will have 1 skill point short, when will that be addressed?

1. Yes there is a new start/tutorial quest if you make a new player (some of the early testers have alpha footage of this).

2. From what we know you won't be able to choose, it will prioritise Summerset (people have been asking for a choice since Morrowind)

3. Still no news on the missing SP issue, not sure we'll ever get something for this as it's been close to a year now and ZOS has said nothing (yeah I am bitter).
