hey ZOS, can you add a few new skins to the store?

I would like to start by saying that I'm not advocating for the removal of skins as rewards for difficult PvE content.

and I also know that there is a load of people that simply refuse to spend money on games to the point of being offended should anything cool be added to the store (and to that I say its not a financially viable option to cater to or listen to said group in the first place)

but as someone who owns all content but is in the position of not being able to get any of the skins that peak my interest I cannot help but be slightly annoyed at constantly paying for content I literally cannot play or get (particularly I hate vet dungeons / trials and that form of content, and am glad to see the industry as a whole moving away from that sort of thing) I would say I'm more of a borderlands person than a destiny person (those of you who understand game design might get the point)

however I would be more then willing to spend straight cash for some skins of comparable quality to the necromancer or amberplasm skins, the ones that don't completely alter your appearance and are more akin to something residing between a full body tattoo and a skin.


also before anyone comments saying things such as but not limited to:

-vet dungeons are not that hard
-get a group
-trials are EZ
-troll comment

you can keep your sweaty try hard competitive game modes that literally only a fraction of the community play, all I'm asking for is more cosmetics to be placed in the crown store. (not crates)

I would like new skins as well the 2 fire themed were cool but still feel like we need some new ones that also dont make us look elderly cant stand the granny look of like 80% of the current skins

I think more skins in the crown store is fine, but I’d personally prefer for them to keep achievement-related collectibles out. After all, it’s cool to see people wearing such cosmetics and recognize that they achieved whatever that cosmetic item is tied to (I understand that carries are a thing but am against those as well, for the record). I understand we likely have a difference of opinion regarding this, but just my two cents.
More importantly, I just wanted to encourage you to find others who want some achievement and go for it. A few months back I thought the gold hof skin would be perfect for one of my characters but resigned myself to never getting it since I figured vhof was way above my skill level. Nowadays that character is shiny gold because some friends and I got together and decided we wanted to clear vhof, and yeah it totally was above our skill level when we started out, but we got better, got the skin, and if trials aren’t your thing then you never have to go back there again
Also as a word of warning, the necromancer skin makes your character quite pale in addition to the subtly glowing tattoos. The tattoos are great, but it doesn’t mesh well with characters you want to maintain a ruddier complexion.

I would like to re confirm just for clarity, that I do not believe that achievement related skins should be sold in the store.

the closest I would ever get would be something like same concept different color (like a blue amberplasm or orange necromancer) and that's the absolute closest I would ever conceive.

I understand the want for achievement related skins on cosmetics and the need for them to be unique, you should see them and immediately know what it is and how they got it, and would never suggest taking that away.

that said I don't feel they should be the only source of skins (as they currently almost are) thus my asking for more skins in the crown store.
