If I can use 1 monster piece which is better for healer?

A set with 1 pieces bonus max magicka, spell damage or spell crit? (NB healer, mostly run 4 man with SPC + Kagrenac's Hope)

i would go for spelldamage or max magicka, since crit healing will see a change, so that crit modifiers dont account for crit healing.
since max magicka gives a little bit less towards heals, spelldamage is the best i think.

Wait what? Spell crit no longer affect crit heal chance with Summerset? Then what will increase crit heal, or are they gonna remove crit heal completely?

Heals will still crit, they just won't benefit from extra crit damage bonuses like minor/ major force

For nb healer I would say kena as heals over time have strong emphasis on spell damage. Take note many nightblade heals are over time things.

Domihaus, Molag Kena, and Shadowrend would be your best bet..... tbh it barely makes any difference.

As of Sumerset you will be able to use a full set. Until then it's just better going 5+5 on the body and using a Master (if using Healing Springs) or Maelstrom (if using Rapid Regeneration/Mutagen) restoration staff on front bar and a lightning staff on back bar. If you have staves from SPC or other set you can use a monster set that gives spell damage, maximum magicka, magicka recovery, maximum health or resistances depending on content. Before I decided to use my Master staff I was using SPC staves and a heavy Molag Kena helm for 129 spell damage and 4% extra health from the passives.
