HELP! Crash on load up!

Whenever I load the game the screen goes black for about a second (or less), before crashing and giving me a crash log. I've tried repairing game files (which seems to freeze my computer), running without the launcher, and running it as administrator and nothing seems to work. It worked perfectly fine yesterday, and started having issues for seemingly no reason today. To the best of my knowledge, I did not run any updates (Game, GPU, OS, etc) between yesterday and today.

My specs are as follows
Interl Core i7-2600 3.40GHz
GTX 1060 6GB
16GB RAM
3GB VRAM
Windows 10 version 1709

    Same thing has happened to me. I conducted two repairs, restarted the PC. Currently on my third repair.

    Seems like the third repair has worked.. now at least am into the loading pages.

    Finally in game after trying for 45 minutes.
