Weapon Swap Issues After Today's Maintenance

Having serious weapon swap issues. Experiencing delays in weapon swap and at times the front bar weapon transferring to back bar and visa versa. PC/NA server. Happening in both PvP and PvE. ZOS this was not happening prior to your maintenance today. It has become quite annoying. Have to stop what I was doing. Reloadui does not always fix the problem so I have to log out of game and log back in only to have the issue happen again after a period of time.
