I am not pleased with the Aldmeri Dominion staff. >:[

On my very tall Altmer, this thing looks like a walking staff. No jewel or intricate design.

Instead, it looks like someone cut out a pie pan and called it a day.

Putting this out there in case someone in the art department says, "Oh my, it is fugly. Let's give it the love it deserves."

As an Altmer, I wouldn't be caught dead in public with this...thing. My pride demands the best.

I love everything that has to do with eagles, aka everything Aldmeri. But I dislike the Dominion style as well for some reason. The light and heavy armor styles are ugly and I dislike the staves shape. I can't help it I want to like it, but Ebonheart and Daggerfall armor looks better, unfortunately.

*scoffs* The Aldmeri themselves are the centerpiece. While those lesser than us need to wear baubles and trinkets to show off a sense of grandeur during battle, we simply exude it. Though that isn't to say we wouldn't make a fine ceremonial armor, war simply doesn't warrant it.

Or at least, that's how I think a High Elf would defend the design of the armor. But idk.

There is no accounting for taste. The AD staff still my favorite in the game and use the motif on all my magic users, including my main.

EP staff is one of the coolest looking ones in the game. Both the DC one and AD one leave somethings to be desired in my opinion.

It's does look as a utility weapon for a baker.. is there a pizza oven blueprint? such a weapon would be great for RP.

I think that Pact staff is the best. Dominion follows, being elegant and balanced. The one I cannot stand is Covenant. It´s something a 70´s film pimp would use as sceptre.

I actually love the AD staves (and shields) the most. It's simple and detailed, but I think it could also do with a jewel. The greenish gem on the EP staff has always bothered me though

The AD weapon motifs in general are pretty underwhelming IMO.

I actually like it, it is not completely distracting like the other two alliance staves. I like more simplistic designs compared to ornate ones that are so distracting when you're moving.

I like it. It's simple yet stylish and shows off their affinity for eagles as with all of their other weapons. And it's not obnoxiously oversized.

Perhaps they should have used the gryphons from Summerset instead.

Kinda reminds me of something from Stargate (one of the ships) when it was on the Syfy channel (the first series, not the others).

I was something with glowing orbs/crystals.
Maybe a hula girl or something on it.
