Here's what I know (from tooltips I got photos of):
- mediate gives 1500 health and 1680 mag/Stam per second. Has no cost except you hold the button. It says in the tooltip you have to hold the button to channel the ability and it even says "let go of the button to stop the channel'. This potentially might resemble prisoners rags where holding shift grants you resorces on that set. It might be highly mobile.
- major protection is granted for all psijjic abilities. If you cast it or channel it, you'll get this buff. This is one of the skilline passives.
- orb passives give like terrible DMG lol. And 1500 mag/physical wherever is higher.
- there is healing spell! You press it and it channels on a friendly target for around 1800 health per second. You receive 50% of the heal. Now healers have a spamable!
- light attack buff spell gives your next two light attacks like 2k DMG. There's a Stam morph that scales off stamina stats and another that scales off mag stats. Both look like they are going to give Stam DK and mag sorc/mayden a spamable via light attacks.
- there's an ultimate that costs 99 ultimate (for sorcs), and it always gives you minor protection while slotted.
- the other passives are related to cost reduction, and the ability to interact with time warps.
That's all I have. I'm really excited for the minor force spell!!! My magplar has been waiting for this day!

Both. Tooltip specifically says next 2 light attacks within 2 seconds. The spell duration says 2 seconds.
But like some other tooltips who knows how it will function lol.

This sounds quite bad. You need to keep the skill permamently activated if you want to make use out of it. I mean a 2s duration when it is already limited by 2 light attacks? Doesn't make much sense imho.

I could shade onto a rock (with the new no target rules) meditate where I can't be hit easily and be with near infinite regen. I assume they won't allow stealth use of it.
Timestop from what I see will be pretty broken too. Even if the stun is easily dealt with, with CC immunity/leaving the area, it provides an area of denial at the least, and a AoE unblockable stun+snare at best. Not really. Either it's super overpowered and you want to activate it every 2 seconds or it's super bad and you'll never use it. With a duration / limitation of 2sec/2 light attacks this skill will either be OP or crap. There's no in between due to its limitations.
I'd say 2 seconds and every light attack or the next 2 light attacks within ~ 10 seconds would be not so bad. But 2 light attacks within 2 seconds? Very hard to fit that into any rotation or into PvP at all.Seraphayel wrote: »I don't understand Imbue Weapon: does it expire after 2 seconds or after 2 light attacks?

It's about the skill mechanic. And it's obvious how clunky (=bad) it is in this case when it works like you (=the tooltip) says.

If you can weave LA+Imbue+LA+Another Skill and on ranged playstyle it buffs the flying LA it could easily be semi spammable (if the damage is worth it) without being clunky at all.
... thats why its pointless talking about it being weak or strong at all now

It's not pointless when we're talking about tooltips. Good luck trying to achieve what you've said. Something like that would work in a game without lag and with a much faster combat calculation (e.g. World of Warcraft or Guild Wars 2) but in ESO? The 2s duration is my problem with the skill. It's so minimal that I don't see any use for it yet. But we need to wait for the PTS - maybe the skill was updated or changed already.
I mean when exactly would you use it in your rotation? When is this special time you can fit it into any rotation? And why would you need it? That's my thought process at the moment. With a longer duration you can activate it when you've got a short downtime and make use of it when it fits your rotation. You aren't forced to use it right after you activated it.

You are suspect to cc and interrupt mechanics.
Slot prisoner rags and try holding shift in combat; even if it had health return you'd still die from all cc attempts coordinated with burst.
It's application is going to be through movement. If it lets us move while channeling it's going to help temps and DKs sustain at different moments. I'd wait on OP declarations till after pts.
