BiS weapon traits for DW stamina DPS in light of summerset changes

I just got nirnhoned researched for axes and with all these motifs from the anniversary event, I'm itching to update my weps. But, I'd hate to spend my gold tempers only to find out that once Summerset hits, there's a better combo. My understanding is that currently, nirnhoned mainhand with infused offhand is the way to go. I didn't see anything in the summerset changes that makes me think this setup will become significantly less effective, but then again, there are things I miss or fail to consider. Only thing that comes to mind is that sharpened might become more important, given the NMG/sunderflame change. I understand things are likely to change still, but I'm hoping someone more knowledgeable/experienced with the game mechanics might have a helpful prediction.

Does anyone have any insight into whether or not nirnhoned/infused is still the way to go, in light of what we know about summerset changes? I main a khajiit stamblade, btw.

Atm there wont be any change to the weapon traits, so nirnhoned and infused on dual wield frontbar still should be BiS. What i would consider is spending a little bit more cp‘s into penetration, if those changes will come with summerset.
I am nor sure, what you mean with updating your weapons. You already have them golded out or do you have nmg and sunderflames atm? If its just the style of the weapons, then change your outfit, for anything else like crafting, getting new weapons, i would prepare for summerset and wait, but nit gold out anything till then.

I'm currently running dual sharpened daggers (golded), but I tend to get better parses with dual axes (also assuming this will work better in dungeons/trials when mobility is necessary), and I've been waiting to make some new hunding's axes in nirn/infused. I guess I could just wait another month though =/ This would also give me time to decide on the style...

Used to be Nirnhorned/Infused, but now we are losing tons of penetration with Night Mother's Gaze/Sunderflame changes, so Sharpened would be BiS.
With strength and intelligence comes hard work.

Which is why not a lot of people are strong nor intelligent.
