Improve Whirling Blades. Make it useful.
Make Flurry front load dmg. The first hit should be the strong one.
By the time you get to finish Flurry the opponent has blocked/dodged the last hit, msking Flurry useless.
Improve the functionality of DW ulty. Lower cost to 125.

Making 2h count as 2 sets DW has received an intirect nerf. Balance must be restored.

Some will argue that DW is strong because of Twin Axes.
I dont care for passive dmg. I want good active skills.

    I think this would be reasonable. Even currently while 2H only counts as 1 Piece I think it by far out performs Dual Wield in PvP.

    Currently 2H is less resource required due to such effective Heavy Attacks.

    Gives you a really easy way to get Major Brutality with a ticking heal on top, to be honest I think Rally is just so strong that you are basically required to run it in PvP.

    Has a really strong execute.

    You see some people running "off meta" and "cool" builds using Dual Wield but there's a reason they aren't as popular, I used to run a fully DoT based StamDK build that used DW but currently whenever I'm attempting to create a build I really try to make DW work but it just never seems as effective as 2H.

    I agree with making momentum not locked to a weapon skill line since it's SO useful in pvp, you kinda gotta have to use a 2h for it.

    It would open up build diversity.

    Agreed. Additionally it should now cost 8 alloys to gold both dw wpns since having the two slots is no longer unique. DW will need a buff. They better also be bringing more class damage skills to stam.

    I concur DW needs a buff but don't directly agree with these suggetsions personally the hardest hit with the changes are Mag DW, so id prefer a buff to base damage or the last passive could get doubled.

    The Stam-sorcs in BGs do not need to be any more powerful... DW is fine. I see plenty in PvP now. Many people have switched to DW in last 2 months.

    Passive change is easy for them to do, and benefits MagDW as well which is needed DW skills already have a place so no specific buff needed just a damage increase.
