Maintenance again (10pm., trial time) + event

This could have been handled much better. Instead of shutting it down now, why not shut it in 2-3 hours when at least raids are done? We were in middle of vAS +1 with poison boss when we see the message "maintenance in 15 min" everyone was like "rip". Now its complete rip for everyone with the events (which are not done for me yet, obviously with this terrible drop rate) and people who are raiding. GG.

My personal guess is they want to (have to?) do it within office hours rather than keeping people around all night.

Because people's guildlists/friendlists/chat are completely wonking out and this is a pretty big issue. There's really no 'good' time to do a maintenance, but it's happening because they need to fix it asap.

You also cant even sell items in guild stores, so i think ist better they do that now so it can´t cause some other Problems.

This happened with another event a while back, maybe the server load? Its annoying but can happen and i can understand ZOS wants to fix this at office time. Maibe we will get some hours event compensation?

Worse for this one, far worse, came home 4 hours ago, started ESO and my c: drive died, reinstall windows on other drive.
Just got ESO up an running, got message that server shut down in 10 minutes.
Managed to do crafting writs on one character.
Hopefully server come up so I can grab quests at least.

It isn't ok as I got stuck on an eternal loading screen where I couldn't even get into Cyrodiil after picking character from log in screen. That prevents player for playing this game, you know, when you can't even access your character. It isn't a minor issue in my book and there is also issues where people need to be able to use chat, group up for content (when you can't use guild or friends lists how do you communicate with those people without a thirdparty app like Discord) etc.

I mean, I was not happy with the raid day today in general (people were crashing in vAS+2, we are working on speedrun lol). These things are unfortunately the way they go down, because they are like to fix said bugs during office hours.
