Region problem in Outfit contest

(I originally posted this in the reply under official discussion of Outfit contest but I'll copy paste it here as a ticket just in case)
Hello Zenimax,
I submitted quite a few screenshots to you and only now noticed that my account is shown to be still in Lithuania, which happens to be not on the list of allowed countries. Perhaps it didn't update because I play TESo via steam only? I moved a while ago to Russia (which is allowed if I understood correctly), I linked my steam account (which was switched to Russian region a while ago, when I moved) to TESO account as proof of my words. I can also provide a billing history on TESO game subscription and various DLC made from Russian credit card (everything bought via steam). How will this affect my submitted screenshots? Am I still "in" contest?:)

    If you want to change the country on your account, you will need to contact Customer Support. Use the issue "No longer have access / can't remember email on account" and provide the following information in the description field. (You do not need to provide a new email address.)
    • What is the country you would like to change it to?
