stonefalls questline ending bug

had defeated the second brother of strife and holgunn became the new commander for the ebonheart pact in stonefalls and the questline ended abruptly afterwards with no question marker telling me where to go.
had to go to a wiki to find out where the npc was to take me to the next zone. had already defeated molag bal in coldharbour if it would have triggered the bug
