I've decided to return and try the game again after a long break, but account access codes, recovery emails and any other kind of email from ESO servers do not arrive.
I opened a ticket but received no confirmation email. Later I decided to open a second ticket since there was no communication at all for 24 hours. Again, no confirmation.
Please check the status of support ticket(s) 180402-001156 and 180403-000789. I cannot login to support site since it also requires an access code which I cannot get.
